I don't think you intonate it xD Shouldn't be a big deal if you don't plan to mess with tunings too much. I've seen guitars with nuts like that too if I recall.

That bass is freaking sex.

That is one really pretty bass guitar, though.
Relative to the bridge not allowing for intonation, I don't think you can unless those bridge pieces are being held in place by friction on the front of the instrument.

There are saddles on the top of each bridge pole that slide forward and backward. They are locked in by set screws on the side.

Interesting way to save a step by not even using a fretboard but just putting the frets directly on the neck

Only fretboard was make from the same piece like neck. Conklin made something like that few years ago
