yes, but only if you install the AN7 in the same orientation as the New 7, with the wire coming out underneath the coil closest to the bridge--the coil with the screw polepieces closest to the bridge, not to the neck.

if you do that with an AN in the neck position, the pickup will work fine, but it will look backwards with that screw-pole coil closest to the bridge. if you would rather have it look normal with the screw poles closest to the neck, to get the right hum-canceling you will have to change the wiring, and pop out the pickup magnet and flip it. if you're up for that, search old posts where i've talked about how to do it, or repost here.
