Agreed. I want kids of my own someday. I can understand why some people would feel too morally convicted to have their own kids, but I'm not one of them. And of course, there are other reasons (I have a childhood friend who was adopted, the adopted parents didn't want to have kids because the father was at high risk of developing Huntington's syndrome, and if he had, the child would have also been at high risk, and they didn't want to go through that), but they don't apply to me either. Just because someone that I've never met was too dumb to control his sexual urges and have children that he shouldn't have had, doesn't mean I should be forced to counterbalance his mistakes and never have my own.
