Yeah, for sure it is man. I'm into doing the same shit as everybody else. I don't mind nods to other bands in the music, but I don't want to sound like everybody else (now watch me join a band that sounds like everybody else

). Prog is where its at.
I'm into some bands like Mastodon ,Baroness, The fall of Troy, The Sword, Witchcraft, Electric Wizard, so that might help you if your trying to picture what I was saying.
