It might not be the neck? Trem, nuts, straplocks? Im not an "ibbyhead" or whatever, but if you have the little bar (for the string angle) on your guitar, and it is loose, it may be vibrating because of the larger freq wave coming from the B. Dont just try to blindly fix it, find it. It may something like the 24th fret has popped out a bit.

Does it rattle on the open string, even though the string is not coming into contact with anything but nut and saddle? Then it is not *fret* buzz, if its not coming from the frets. Could the pickup be touching the string?
