i can think of two things.

wire it up like a stock RG4 but with no middle single. that would give you:
1: neck, full
2: neck, coil-split
3: nothing
4: bridge, coil-split
5: bridge, full

or check guitarnuts.com for diagrams where they wire the series link to the neck switch tab. they might have a better option for two humbuckers using a strat-style 5-way.
