I think the New 7 Neck is too hot for a neck pickup, but I love the bridge pickup (I know many disagree with this statement). Has anyone tried "airing" the neck pickup to reduce the output? It would still be bright, but might have that cool hollow sound that air pickups have. So, anyone? If not I'll post a report when I do it.
