Look, different companies use different wiring codes for hot leads, grounds, and north and south coils. You're going to have to translate the codes from Ibanez/DiMarzio to Seymour Duncan, and start over. Here are two sites with wiring codes (both agree, fortunately):

Distance from the strings, bad soldering and all is nonsense. Seymour Duncan and DiMarzio/Ibanez use different color codes. It's not possible to get it to work right without translating them. You'll want to rewrite the correct diagram, using the correct wiring colors - it's a lot easier than trying to do it "in your head", trust me on that one.
