Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah! Listen to the man, shipping international the first time can be painful and cause your wiener to shrivel. Sell and ship it to me instead, I'm in the US. No, seriously, if you pack it carefully and take your time you're just as safe doing international shipping as domestic.
Honestly, if you don't want to deal with it or aren't confident, take it to a shipping center / mailbox place or where ever they pack and ship things professionally. It costs a little more but it can be worth it for both parties.
I always use a pro shop here as one more layer of insulation against liability. The shipping companies love to deny insurance claims on the grounds that the item wasn't properly packed. The shop I send through guarantees their packing so even if the shipping company denies responsibility I'm off the hook. It makes me feel better.
