I don't know of anywhere else that still stocks it (I guess you could ask at Sound Control if they will order you one - also if you find a good price in £ on the internet Sound Control HAVE to price match the cost without shipping - I found that out a while ago and they really don't like me now).
Music123 do not ship to the UK, but I have ordered from them in the past - if you know anyone in the States that you can ship it to, who can then ship it to you may be the way to go. You could also ask someone on the site here to send you one (if you trust anyone not to keep it for themselves!
