Guitar -> NS-2 -> TS9 -> 2101 (For wah and an EQ) -> Norbert -> effects loop to G-Major then return.
Honestly, dude, you will be much happier if you make it simpler than that.

Guitar -> wah pedal -> TS9 -> Norbert -send-> G Major -return-> Norbert

The EQ in the 2101 is just going to destroy your tone. Remember how good it felt the first time you plugged into your amp? Keep that. I would recommend against any EQ in front of your amp, actually. It makes you sound too processed.

Why drag around a two space rack unit, when you can carry around a wah pedal?

Never put a noise suppressor in front of your preamp. It sucks tone, and it will chop of your signal at the wrong time. After the preamp (in the loop), and you keep your tone and controllable feedback, while cutting out the stuff you don't want.

Make sure to put the G Major in dry kill mode, since the Dragon has a parallel loop. Crank the loop mix level on the amp as wet as you can make it.
