I had to uninstall my Duncan strap locks when I sold one of my RG's, so here's what I did to fill the hole in. Get a scrap piece of wood and a knife, and shave a little sliver off of the edge, cut it to the depth of the hole, and put it in there. It'll take up some room and help the screw bite.
