| Wow, thanks you guys. I don't know what to say. I am blessed to even be here, and from Cathy and Seymour, to the shipping department, engineering to manufacturing, operations, man I'm telling you everyone here considers the customer first. They truly are listening. As a matter of fact I have a focus group to lead next Thursday at NAMM, where we'll be doing more listening. That's what the company has been about since the beginning.
Even when I'm talking to Seymour about insignificant things, or if a beginner guitarist (who hardly even knows what they want) is talking to him, he's always listening. There's a selflessness about him that sets a great example for everyone. I mean, he could be so full of himself, or arrogant like some of these other "icons" in the industry, boasting about his accomplishments, or telling everyone what HE thinks they should do, etc. but he's just not that way. It's really the best environment I can think of to work in. |
