Of the guitars you mentioned and your requirements, I'd recommend the S7320 because it has a ZR tremolo (Zero Resistance) which I think is the best tremolo out there. The only downside is that it's 22 frets, while all the RGs are 24 frets. The RG7620 you mentioned is basswood, as are all RGs. The S7320 is mahogany. A new S7320 or a used RG7620 would both be good ways to go, but I think you might be more satisfied with the S7320.
