Again props to you Erik - beautiful work!

The pickup covers look beautiful. I'm curious how they're fastened on and how you adjust the pickup height - do you pop off the covers to do this?

To clarify my earlier comment on angling the pickups, it's entirely based on my tonal preferences as opposed to aesthetic preferences.

A straight pickup in front of an angled bridge has the same tonal effect as having a straight bridge guitar and angling the pickups towards the neck under the lowest strings and towards the bridge under the highest string. Both scenarios will make the lowest strings sound more bass heavy and the highest strings more trebly or twangy. This serves to emphasize or exaggerate the difference in tone from lowest to highest strings. There's nothing wrong with this at all, and it's an effect I think I'd like best on a 6-string. On ERG's I feel that there's already a huge tonal difference between the highest & lowest strings, so I like to angle the pickups at an even steeper angle than the bridge in order to mitigate this. Just my taste.

Even though I prefer angled pickups it's been proven to me that straight pickups can work beautifully when I had a chance to try out Bryan's (Swedenuck) multi-scale Sherman with a straight Lundgren M7 in front of a steeply angled bridge - sounded absolutely godly.
