A is around 55 khz, B is about 62-63 khz. That's not really what matters though man. Those fundamental bass frequencies aren't really what's going to get heard. In just about every modern recording ever, the guitars get chopped off at around 80-120khz. Focus on the best sounding speakers, not which ones will put out the most sub-bass.

That said, I'd really recommend the Mesa Black Shadows (aka C90s) if you are looking for high power handling and thunderous bass response. If you like a middier, tighter sound, the VHT P50E speakers might be for you (made by Eminence I believe). There's a ton of models I've never tried, all I can say is I love those speakers considerably more than the Celestion V30s, whatever they use in Marshall 1960 cabinets, Sheffields, etc.
