Evo 7. You'll have to consult with someone else about bridge cleans, because I almost never use my bridge with cleans, and I'm currently without a 7. However, I definitely think the Evo 7 is the best bridge pickup you can get on a 7 for under $150.

As far as a halfstack, Orange and Vader make great speaker cabinets. I'd recommend a 2x12 over a 4x12 simply because those things are fucking huge.

As far as the amplifier head goes, it depends what you mean by cheap. No matter your budget though, I'd say that used (be it through classifieds or eBay) is the way to go.

Also, don't totally rule out combos. There are some great combo tube amps out there, like the Mesa/Boogie Mark IV combos.
