Onyx is brutal. Really! Their first album Bacdafucup was awesome, if there was ever a brutal rap album, that's it. Songs such as "Bitchassn·ggaz", "Da Black Vagina Finda", and "The Mad Face Invasion", were among some of the classics haha. That album still gets me pumped up today 15 years later.
It also has some hilarious skits. There's one track called "Bitchassbootleggaz". In it, an Indian store clerk is selling bootleg copies of Onyx's cassette tape, and he is promptly shot, followed by the chorus of "bitch ass bootleggin mothafucka sellin mah tape, ya gets shot!". Classic
Then in another skit they shoot a bouncer at a club for no reason, perhaps they were sick of the "long ass line".

They're also fans of metal, and did collaborations with several metal bands in the past.
