just personal preference.
its an incredibly organic sounding amp, and it just had this quality in the gain channels that i fell in love with. think of it as a better sounding rectifier (though that's not exactly what it sounds like, that's the best thing i can think of for comparison) with the lead tone of a mark IV.

the clean channel is beautiful and warm. the gain channels are almost exactly alike, except that channel two seems to be quite a bit djentier than channel three, which has more gain and is amazing for smooth lead tones.

you don't have any way to try these amps yourself?
