I have 2 Duncan Designed pickups. 105's, which have the EMG707 shape. Obviously, they suck hardcore. I am going to try to change them for DiMarzios or Bare Knuckles, is there a ring that I can use, or am I limited to Blackouts / EMG's? There WAS a pickup story of a guy making his Hellraiser in passives, but he custom built his pickup rings (he was at college or something).

Speaking of which, I hear all these mod's. 18V Modded Blackouts. What does that mean?
