I have an M-207, and I ran into the same problem. It intonates smooth as silk in standard, but anything lower is mostly useless. I tuned to drop-A, and with a enough string, the A finally intonated waaay back in the range. Nothing lower will ever work though, I think. Not the way these guitars are built.

Don't get me wrong, I love my guitar! It's just limited in the detuning area.

DO check out the Agiles, the more I see and hear, the better they look and sound! FYI, the Schecter necks are going to be a bit heftier than the LTD, whereas Ibanez necks are a bit thinner.
