Guess nobody else went to this... shame as it was an amazing show, and they did more of their older material than I've ever seen them do live before, including 5 songs from Rage for Order and 2 from The Warning. Geoff Tate definitely still has the vocal range he used to, which surprised me.
They've apparently got an album of covers coming out in November. They did Pink Floyd's Welcome to the Machine and The Police's Synchronicity 2 live. Absolutely fantastic. I had no idea Geoff Tate could play Sax
It was good to see that Mike Stone can actually handle all of the harmony guitar parts. The last time I saw them was quite a few years ago with Kelly Gray and he was definitely not up to the task.
The only down side to the show was that the sound man didn't do the greatest job as he really boosted the bass and the treble so things got a bit piercing/muddy here and there during the performance.
