Just curious... Are you having the Quaker Instant packets, or are you doing your own mixture of ingredients? I usually have a pack of the instant every morning, along with a banana. Trying to help the cholesterol, but I find I'm getting pretty hungry by lunchtime. Over the past week or so, I've also been having a granola bar (Nature Valley Sweet & Salty Nut

) or some fig newtons, to tide me over till lunch.
