Bad news, then - Ibanez replacement seven string nuts go for about $125.
Honestly, for that price, you're better spending the like $300 it'll cost you just to buy a OFR7, which I BELIEVE is a direct retrofit for the Lo-TRS cavity.
EDIT - closer to $200, try. I THINK these are Originals.
