If I seem to get stuck in the ole grind of doing the same thing, I just listen to a different style of music than I normaly do (even if it's music that I hate). It gets my juices flowing if I hear something I like, or If I think I would have taken a approch to a song.
Oddly, I've found that playing in my cover band does that quite well - I have to learn stuff I wouldn't ordinarily play, and I've found it makes me look at my writing differently...
