A Blackmachine will set you back over $4000 because of the exchange rate, and his wait time was up to 12 months so I think he stopped taking orders.
The KxK SII-7 is probably the closest you're going to get to what you want, that or an ESP Carpenter and then adding piezos to it aftermarket.
