To be honest for piezos you're going to want a full frequency amp or a pa, not a guitar amp. Guys that are known for using piezos in the rock world, like Petrucci, run their piezo output to the PA.

As for ESP/LTD, the only seven string guitars they currently make are the Stephen Carpenter sigs and the Viper. Now there are used M and H series guitars from ESP/LTD... but I think the expensive high-end Carpenters are the only ones with Ebony boards.
