Old Metallica > New Metallica
Erm.. Chimaira have gone through quite a shift musically, their first album was sort of a Nu-Fear Factory thing, then they went all metalcore, before settling on 'their' sound they've had the last couple of albums.
Meshuggah - Contradictions Collapse, then the None EP followed by Destroy Erase Improve... a somewhat apt title considering the improvement from CC to None and hints of the Meshuggah sound to come actually emerging in full.
Slayerrrrrrrrr....... ok joking about that one!
