Hello, I'm about to buy a new guitar, and I've never had a 7 string one, so I'd like to know if 7 string guitars have lower tone than 6 string guitars (except the "7th" string of course) compared both are tuned in the same range, 6 tune (E-A-D-G-B-E) and 7 tune (B-E-A-D-G-B-E), do I get same sound and tonality playing a song in a 7 string like in a six string one?.
