Not gonna' happen dude.

As the others said,the 'cheapest' way you could possibly do it would be to buy an RG2027xvv (at least $1200,on a good day)and take the Ibanez Double-Edge Lo-Pro and it's associated electronics from the guitar.
They NEVER sold this item as a spare or replacement part so it's just not gonna be possible at all.The Ibanez piezo Lo-Pro was the only piezo equipped 7 string double-locking trem ever made as well so there's no options.
You can fit a fixed hardtail brige with Piezo saddles easy enough but not a trem eqipped guitar.
