ibanez paint is a mofo, the sealer they use is bulletproof.you can prime over it though. i use 220 grit and a 1/4 sheet sander. and it takes hours. you have to do inside the horns by hand.(which sucks)
Yeah - priming over it might work. I have too see. I found a friend with a power sander. Let me see if it works.
