| Vince, it's a cool sound, but A/B-ing next to some stuff from bands we know- Nevermore, Lamb of God, KsE, Korn, Metallica- it definitely seems to be lacking in the... *pause* you guessed it, I'm gonna say MIDS. It just sounds way too hollow and empty to me. A cool solo sound, but I'm not sure how it will fit in the mix.
As an aside, it's almost a dead-ringer for the tone on Whitsnake's 'Still of the Night'. Scary. |
