It's a mistake because he said it would be a 27"-scale, most people asked for a 27"-scale, and even when he had them he listed them as 27"-scale until someone (Hatebreeder) measured it and noticed it was 25.5"-scale. Either the company building them screwed up, or there's something odd going on.
