Evo is great, really gives you very good low note definition in basswood. Metal as ...., loads of clarity, really piushes the amp, and compared to the rather bland 6string version, it is an awesome pickup overall. In mahogony it's too clinical, but in basswood the thing just rocks!

So yeah, evo7's are verrah verrah niice!

Man, the evo7 rocks for rythm, just have to remember it's a hot pickup, but other than that, the low not definition (and I play in A as well, with a .70) is awesome Really bell like and clear with no fuzz
