I'm thinking of getting a Carvin DC127... I'm a big fan of Ibanez jems/j customs and jackson USA soloists as far as six string stuff is concerned... I was wondering what the neck profile on the carvins were like?

Also, The standard radius is 12", too low for me, I'm really comfy with my Ibanez 16" radii, Any ideas as to which option might suit my needs more (out of either 14" or 20").

And finally, This is a budget guitar I can't go all out on this one, and Im comtemplating on the use of the 5 piece maple/walnut neck, will it make that much of a difference whether I add that option or not? (saves me 90$ if I don't, cosmetically It won't matter, since this guitar is gonna be a solid color).
