Read some of the guy's writing, not trite cute stuff like this, but actual foriegn policy and rationalization. I watched a documentary once that was basically just an interview with the guy, talking about his experience in various military crises under various presidents. It was almost frightening, partly due to the guy's sheer intellect and partly due to his total pragmatism.
