Um, yeah, I'd be more worried that your B is higher than the E.
The radius of the bridge should have the: E higher than the B, A higher than the E, and the D higher than the A.
Now, this is sometimes hard to tell visually, because the gauges of the strings can make one appear to be higher due to the difference in thickness vs the change in saddle height.
I would check the individual string action at the last fret.
