I have worked in call centres - inbound taking pizza orders, and outbound, doing surveys. Call centres just require little more than thick skin, and the ability to, at the end of your shift, to leave and forget about it. Leave your work at work. I had a problem dwelling on the crap I had to deal with people on the phone, and the stress from managers. But if that can all roll off your back it's not a bad job.
