I've been looking into swapping the bridge out on mine. You'll run into a lot of issues because the string-through holes on the 7321 are in a staggered pattern, and most bridges on the market don't line up.
I think the Gibralter uses the straight line holes.
The Hipshot is straight holes, but they can re-drill one of their old-style bridges and you can get the newer rounded saddles as an option at no extra cost.
