Break it up into two bars of 7/4 or one bar of 7/2. You could also make it 4/4 3/4 4/4 3/4 (or 3/4 4/4 3/4 4/4, whatever works). If you need the triplet feel in the click, maybe it could be seven bars of 6/8 with a metric modulation. Don't be afraid to write 21/8, either. I use Logic for the most part, so I'm not sure what your exact solution would be, but there are multiple ways to go about it.
