I'd say they're about on par with the higher end Prestige models, though a lot of that is going to depend on how they were taken care of. Most of them are over 20 years old, and if not cared for they're play awful and need tons of work.
Though, some of those American Masters and later Bunker made models border on JC levels of craftsmanship.
All the materials on the USACs was awesome though, and they always got the best hardware.
