well the basic GUI is from flyakite osx
http://osx.portraitofakite.com/ just a program that changes the aspect of the windows look, the startup screen rather than being the dull windows xp is a grey screen with an apple. as for the Title bar, where all my folders are thats a whole different program its call Stardock and its pretty cool, all this stuff windows blinds can do but that will slow down your PC soooooooooooooooooo much.
