Cute dog! She reminds me of my sister's boxer, who also has separation anxiety. One thing to work on is not making a big deal out of leaving/returning home. When you first get home, ignore the dog for a few minutes and then calmly pet her. On days off you might also want to get ready and leave like you normally would for work, maybe in a hurry, and sneak back to listen by the door to see if she's still whining or barking. Wait until she has stopped and then walk in like it's no big deal. Repeat for as long as you're willing to look like a very forgetful peeping tom.
