My dad liked to put peanut butter on pickles and make "peanut butter pickle sandwiches." I thought it sounded gross, but I loved peanut butter and everything my dad had ever given me had tasted good, so I tried it out and actually it was pretty good. I haven't eaten it in about 2 years (I have no idea where I'd go about getting American-style pickled cucumbers around here. I could find just about anything else pickled here, though).
I have an obsession with jalapenos, which I've had for a very very long time. I'll put jalapenos on just about anything that isn't sweet. For example, I invented the jalapeno quesadilla which is jalapeno soft tortillas (which have jalapenos IN the tortilla) with jalapeno mexican cheese (with jalapenos all throughout the cheese), then jalapenos on top with chicken drenched in jalapeno sauce. Then I cook it and it's very spicy and delicious.

I also buy anything jalapeno flavored that I find (corn chips, potato chips, cheese, crackers, pretzels, etc. Anything, as long as it's jalapeno flavored).
There are TOOOOOONS of Japanese food I love that no one here in Japan thinks I'm weird for enjoying, but that over half of this forum would probably think I'm loony for liking, but I consider those normal.
On a side note, one breakfast I really liked was breaking graham crackers into a bowl and pour milk on top. Normal graham crackers are the best, but cinnamon and chocolate ones are really good too (but you'll feel sick if you eat a lot of the ones with special flavors added).
