Most pitch shifters can't handle polyphony very well, so that's not all that unusual or surprising.
Not being able to re-order the effects kinda sucks. I would have expected more versatility from TC. I like putting things together in weird ways to get wacky sounds. (And using the expression pedal to warp numerous parameters at once.)
