And running's been a BIIIIIG part of it. That and a shitload of green tea and almost no junk food, and absolutely no pop or straight-up chocolate bars and all that crap. Eventually you naturally hate food that doesn't contribute to your body in some way, it's a good feeling
What kind of green tea do you get? because the shit i always get has like 16grams of sugar per 8 ounce serving, and it's not as delicious knowing it has that sugar in it. do you make it yourelf?
