On a somewhat unrelated note, I've recently discovered that i'm a big raw vegetable fan. I usually only enjoy cooked vegetables if they are part of a stir fry or something. I used to not like broccoli so much, but it was mainly due to how it was prepared (steamed/boiled) and i also hated spinach. Now i'm eating spinach and broccoli all of the time.
