ART Tube EQ
I've had a couple of them, and they sound great in guitar rigs. Mine eventually ran into problems due to being on a pedalboard and taking too much abuse loading in/out at gigs, but in a rack would probably work out great. I have the full-size dual-channel version in my recording rig now, and am really happy with the effect on my recorded tone.
