That might help. And didn't I suggest that last night at your house?
Mine was a little slower than it should've been(not near as slow as yours) and I unpugged the adapter from my computer and uninstalled then software. The I plugged the adapter back in without re-installing the software and just configured it to the Windows networking stuff. Works fine now.
