Just checked out the photos of Maniacal's Blackmachine 8 on the ERG forum on here. It's a 25.5-28" fan, and it looks pretty fanned at the ends, so I don't know that I (personally) would want anything beyond that. I'm still thinking along the lines of 25.5-28 or 26-28 for an 8. And once those prices come up, it's time to order me a Roter!
